I'm so tired, I should really go sleep..
I always wondered, why do we postpone sleep?
It's one of the most vital parts of our day, and even though you postpone to go to sleep, you struggle to get up once you have, becuase its so great!
We sleep the better part of our lives, and I remember reading a vertical about sleeping 2 hours a day.. wow, I could never do that.
