I'm so tired, I should really go sleep..

I always wondered, why do we postpone sleep?
It's one of the most vital parts of our day, and even though you postpone to go to sleep, you struggle to get up once you have, becuase its so great!

We sleep the better part of our lives, and I remember reading a vertical about sleeping 2 hours a day.. wow, I could never do that.

What's your sleeppattern like?

  6. Mostly I have the issue of going to sleep because its at night that I get a few hours of uninterrupted computer use since my kids are in bed. Even though I would be dead tired I stay up to get more time on the computer then be all tired come the morning.

  9. Last night, I actually had 6 hours of sleep... I feel fresh today, but I wish I could have gotten 8-10.
